The Schubert Center promotes multidisciplinary research and education at Case on children and childhood. Initiatives of the Schubert Center promote understandings of children and childhood from infancy through adolescence, and in local, national, and international contexts. The primary goals of the Schubert Center for Child Studies are to:
- promote interdisciplinary connections for research, education, and policy at Case Western Reserve University and in the community; and
- promote basic and applied research on children and childhood;
- disseminate new research findings through conferences, lectures, newsletters and our website to facilitate the links among research, policy, and education
